Hmm, I considered doing a little gender play in this pic but decided against it. Come to think of it, there is something unintentionally boyish about that bunny on the right, isn't there? Also they're holding hands because they're in southern Europe (note the Gelati stand) and even straight kids do that there.
Mama cat is supposed to look a bit perplexed. Partly she's jealous of their youth and beauty, and partly she's concerned that they're going to get into trouble running around half-naked like that. And the males are all staring because, well, you know. Thanks for the feedback everyone. This pic didn't really come out as I intended, but I like hearing how people interpret what they see in it.

Ah. Well, I thought maybe they were boys. And I had no way to tell they were in europe, mainly due to the palm trees in the background, then again you may have those over there too. I'm american, and around here girls hold hands all the time, so it's no real shock.

Well i live in The netherlands and we definatly dont have palm trees at our beaches, but i know for sure a few other european countrys have them at the beach atleast the ones in the warmer climate of europe.
And about girls or even boys holding hands is still looked with a strange view , but thats only by a few peopel here. We are very tolerant about this kind of behavior :P If you think that dress is short you should see what alot of girls wear these days over here :P Would love to see some more pictures of this couple they ook cute.
